A house at Belle-Île, thirty seconds from the beach — its site, and a night walk in 3D from the harbour to the door.
A house on the heights of the Ramonettes, at Le Palais, Belle-Île-en-Mer, thirty seconds from the beach. The site says just that, in large serif type on black and on linen: the house, the gallery, the island, the stay, a way to book.
Then the part that is not a rental site. Night Quest: you land at the Quai du Palais at night and the camera walks you to the house in five steps — along the quays toward the Vauban citadel, past the lit windows of the bakery, up the ramparts' stairs, following a path of cyan dots that lights up under your feet. A way of arriving before you arrive.
Underneath, the island itself, built as a 3D terrain from elevation data, with its knobs exposed — height cap, shore ramps, sea level — so the coast can be tuned by hand until it looks like the coast.
